Every night at 00.01, starter items (some grocery items) are replenished if government stocks are too low. At 03:00 on Thursday night and at 22:00 on Sunday evening, all the stocks sold by the government are completely renewed.  (Hours are according to Turkish Time Zone (GMT +3))
